| Student InformationClasses generally last from 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Your clothing should be loose fitting, i.e. sweatpants or running pants and a t-shirt. During the class please cover your head if possible, and remove socks and shoes. Remember to drink plenty of water. Please let the teacher know if you are pregnant or ill, or having your menstrual cycle, as some exercises are not recommended during these times.
